John Flynn has served as the Vice President of Philanthropy for the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) since 2009. During this time, FOCUS has more than tripled the number of missionaries and campuses served. Under his leadership, FOCUS successfully achieved a $250 million comprehensive goal for the Run So As To Win campaign. A highly committed and passionate advocate for Catholic ministry in higher education, John helped co-found Petrus Development and Domus Development, with whom he remains a Principal. Through the course of his more than 25-year career in development for the Catholic Church, he has consulted with over 60 Catholic campus ministries across the United States, helping many implement new development programs and helping others enhance and expand their existing programs. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He resides in Lawrence, Kansas with his wife, Lucy, and three of their four children.

Bob Mueller has served the mission of the Catholic Church for more than 35 years, most recently as the Executive Director of the Office of Development in the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia, for 23 years. Previously, Bob was the development director for the Diocese of Greensburg in Pennsylvania, and worked in parish and diocesan fundraising consulting. Youth ministry was Bob’s entry area of mission into the Church. He led programs that included development of the Arlington diocese’s summer Workcamp that continues to annually bring teens into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, service and community. Bob has had the privilege to lead programs that include the annual Bishop’s Lenten Appeal, major gifts, donor stewardship, planned giving efforts to foster estate gifts, parish offertory and Catholic charities development efforts. He has witnessed many blessing in working with clergy and parishioners to see many churches and other capital projects built as well as annually funding programs to care for others, teach and share our Catholic faith. These initiatives have raised more than $600 million in the Diocese of Arlington over his tenure. Bob and his wife, Madeleine, have five children and are active members of St. Timothy Catholic Church in Chantilly, Virginia.
Craig Saeman currently serves as Vice President of Mission Development at the FOCUS Mission Foundation. Prior to joining FMF, he spent six years as Chief Development Officer at Catholic Charities of Denver, where he increased giving by more than 50% and successfully led two capital campaigns. Craig’s family has deep roots in the Denver Catholic community. His parents, John and Carol Saeman, played a pivotal role in supporting many of the archdiocese’s emerging apostolates following St. John Paul II’s visit to Denver for World Youth Day in 1993 - including FOCUS. Craig has also served on the President’s Advancement Council and Executive Boards at FOCUS. Craig began his career in the investment industry and was a partner in a family office until 2010, when he discerned a call to dedicate his professional gifts to serving the Church and advancing its mission. Craig and his wife, Shelly, have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Jamie Cappetta has served the mission of the Catholic Church for thirty years, most recently as the President of Our Savior Parish and USC Caruso Catholc Center for eleven years. With a track record for building and serving Catholic communities, while improving organizational infrastructures and operational efficiencies, Jamie and the USC team raised over $35M during his Trojan tenure and grew to one of the largest, most active ministries in the United States. Jamie also served eight years with Saint Thomas More, The Catholic Chapel and Center at Yale University, from 2006 - 2014. He helped raised over $10M and served in the roles of development director, program director, and assistant chaplain. Prior to that, he was the Development Director for the Catholic Center at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Jamie graduated with a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Richmond and completed his M.A. in ministry from Saint John’s Seminary in Boston, as well as a master’s degree in development and philanthropy from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. Jamie and his wife, Kristina currently reside in Redondo Beach, CA with their six boys and one daughter.
